Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data

Account Deletion & Data Retention Policy

If your Tellus Group account is deleted, the following actions will be taken:

Deletion: All personal information (Name, Email, Profile Data) and non-essential business data (Tasks, Notes, User-uploaded Photos/Videos) linked to your Phone Number will be permanently deleted from our live systems within 30 days of a verified request.
Required Retention: As an ERP/CRM provider, we are legally required to retain certain transactional and regulatory data for compliance. This includes completed invoices, general ledger entries, and final financial reports for a period of 7 years to comply with local financial laws and fraud prevention standards. This retained data will be anonymized where possible and will no longer be linked to your personal identity.
Process: Your request will be processed manually by our support team to ensure no legally required data is prematurely destroyed. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

⚠️ Important Notice

This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your personal data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.
